Beneath worn carpet tiles, we uncovered a dull and lifeless maple floor that was in desperate need of attention. Our expert team began by sanding the floor across the grain using 36-grit sandpaper, the most aggressive method to ensure the surface was completely level and to eliminate deep marks. Once the floor was smooth, we switched to sanding with the grain to reduce any fine scratches and ensure a flawless finish.

To seal and protect the wood, we applied one coat of Junckers BasePrime, followed by three coats of HT700 lacquer, specifically designed for high-traffic areas. These products were chosen for their exceptional durability, long-lasting protection, and low-maintenance care.
