This Pitch Pine Parquet floor has been underneath carpet for a very long time. Over 50

years old and covered in a deep red stain with a few loose blocks.

After lots of sanding we managed to remove all of the deep red from within the grain. We

then filled in the gaps with lecol wood filler to ensure the blocks are tight together. Finishing upto 120 grit sandpaper on the Bona Flex/ buffing machine.

Finished with 3 coats of commercial Semi-Gloss seal. This is a great example why you

should refurbish your wooden floor rather than replace it.
